Submitting the contact form begins a conversation. An appointment exists only after Waxentra Atelier confirms the scope, timing, location, and applicable price with the customer.

Results depend on material, age, previous repairs, contamination, weather, and other conditions. We explain reasonable expectations before work and may adjust a recommendation when inspection reveals a different need.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should remove valuables, disclose known sensitivities or prior treatments, provide accurate vehicle information, and identify any existing damage before service begins.
Changes and cancellations
